A person like Yogdip does not come around too often. For the last year, Yogdip has been providing IT solutions for us as we look to expand parts of our business. One example was the launch of our new website. At Elmpride, we had big plans for our company website to be an essential part of our business, however, we had come across a few obstacles which we could not get past which was delaying the launch and causing frustration. After trying many different ways to see past this hurdle, I just could not do it. I reached out to Yogdip who managed to solve my issues the very next day without any fuss, and he explained everything very thoroughly so that even we could understand. His work meant we had all the tools to launch our website and continue our expansion. I was particularly fond of his response time and understanding of the situation, and its urgency. Sometimes when you are stuck, you feel like the next time someone will be able to help will be in the next week or month, but through his knowledge and application, we got the help needed to meet our deadlines. Yogdip has become our 'go-to' person for IT issues and solutions, for anyone out there thinking that they do not need someone like this, you are very much mistaken.
