Tom was the Music Director at Landmark Baptist Church while I served as Deacon. Tom did an outstanding job, mixing contemporary with traditional hymns. I would not hesitate to work with him again.

Tom has been my choir director at Landmark Baptist Church for the past couple of years. I grew up singing in church choirs all of my life, but working with Tom was the first time I actually felt like I was increasing my knowledge of music. The warm-ups Tom asked us to perform before practice made me realize just how large of a range my voice had. Throughout each practice it was very easy for Tom to pick out where the choir needed to work in each song. He expected a lot from his choir members, but never apologized for his efforts. Each time we worked on a new song I was nervous that I might miss some of the notes, but Tom was not going to let that happen. We consistently practiced until any problems were corrected and at the end of a performance, when I heard the response from the crowd, I knew it was all worth it. Tom was also very serious about our rehearsal time. He was always early to practice, we started on time, and we did not stop until our allotted time was complete. Everything was planned out in exceptional detail. Tom would have notes written for us upon arrival that spoke of our performance that morning and tips for us to work on throughout the week. He also provided us with a schedule of what songs we would be practicing, and if you did not pay attention to the schedule, it was hard to keep up. Tom was not going to waste any rehearsal time! Not only did he provide us with these notes, but he also had a devotional prepared for us each week to go along with our notes for us to read at our convenience. It is for reasons such as these that I continue to look to Tom for advice musically and as a spiritual leader. Aside from being my music director, Thomas Feller, Jr., is a friend of mine. I have complete trust in faith in Tom that he will accomplish any task that he sets his mind to. If he commits to something, then it is going to be done correctly. While his work ethic is remarkable, his character is impeccable, and I would highly recommend him.
