I had the pleasure of working with Shea during my time at Total Immersion. Our business relationship worked as a partnership. I would bring in a crazy client with a crazy idea, and between myself, Shea, and our partner in crime Kyle Patten, we would find a way to make it work. Shea's ability to balance the scope of a project with a uniquely creative and strategically targeted message, was instrumental in cultivating a prosperous and fun working environment. He is an outside the box thinker, but understands the intricacies of a creative budget like no other. If I have the opportunity to work with Shea either in a creative or strategic capacity in the future, the pleasure will be all mine.

It is my pleasure to write this strong letter of recommendation for Shea Clayton. I worked with Shea at Captive Audience Productions, a premiere make-up and visual effects house in Burbank, CA in 2004 when our president made the decision to begin working towards forming a proper production company. We brought Shea in as our in-house manager to help us get our projects into professional shape, and he was invaluable in that process. No matter what aspect we threw at him, or in what condition the projects were that we wanted to put together – Shea jumped in and approached each project with clarity, enthusiasm, practicality and imagination. Every project with us was very different, and he was able to not only meet the individual needs of each project as its own entity, but also to help us group them into a package that focused on their unification as a group of work. Since then, Shea and I have collaborated on a number of other projects and I would not hesitate to call him for anything else in the future. I cannot recommend him highly enough, he would make an excellent asset to any team.
