I had the pleasure of working with Wes for the past five years at my company. Wes was the project manager for Verizon E911 who oversaw the installation of a 13 position PSAP at our newly constructed facility. Whenever I had a question or concern, Wes was always ready, willing, and able to help me. Our agency also held quarterly service control meetings him discuss ongoing past performance, areas of concern and areas for improvement. One of the things I respect most about Wes is that he’s a straight shooter. He would always take the time to explain what we were doing, why we were doing something a certain way, and if there was ever a disagreement, he would take the time to listen to me and view things from my perspective. Wes would be an asset to any team!

What is the number one quality to have in a Project Manager? I would argue that it is Leadership, and Wes Adams has that in abundance. Whether it is by direct management of a team of PMs or in a project having to matrix manage across teams; Wes ensures inclusivity, inspires, and motivates. I managed a team and personally experienced Wes’ skills in inspiring each of this extended group of individuals to achieve more than they thought they could. He brought highly complex and extended projects to very successful and timely conclusions. Wes also was the lead to create a plan, process and training material for an internal tool that was used by several departments for 255 migrations. I watched Wes be an excellent problem solver, working to remove issues and roadblocks for his working team. I would highly recommend Wes for any project and would gladly work with him on any of my future projects.
