The Caux Forum was always the highlight of the year, she organized a large diverse group of people from all sectors and different countries. Annika brought her expertise in CSR to Caux, and through that, she became a sort of gardener--of people, relationships, and ideas. By bringing together leaders from around the world, she cultivated conversations between people from countries, professions and life journeys who would not have otherwise crossed paths. When it was not possible to meet at Caux last summer, Annika was determined to bring Caux to us. As our individual mobility diminished, Annika nurtured our connection to each other which, in turn, allowed us to deepen each other's awareness of one of the most critical issues facing the world today: building and maintaining trust in the digital age. Annika can transform a group of complete strangers into a team of problem-solvers, proving the strength of diverse background and viewpoints to tackle global challenges.
