Client design manager responsible for new office architecture and workplace design across an EMEA portfolio. This role incorporated stakeholder briefing, directing external consultant and contractor teams, change and value management and consistently striving to identify and deliver on design opportunities. My primary project was a new EMEA HQ in London at 28 Ropemaker Place; 217,000sf of workplace fit out with a new 6 storey atrium designed and built in 14 months. The atrium zone was activated by full height circulation stairs, communal pantries, a cafe, shared work plazas and 13 vertically stacked meeting rooms to encourage increased collaboration between 6 Chinese walled financial businesses and their various support groups. Special features include two 20,000sf trading floors with water cooled desks and chilled beams and a 12,000sf client meeting suite. Other projects consisted of smaller offices in Amsterdam, Dublin, Frankfurt, Geneva, Munich and Paris.
