Spark is Liberty Global's innovation initiative aiming to tap into the collective creativity of its employees. The Spark program umbrella term encompasses the online idea management portal (also called Spark) and related activities along with training programs (Matchbox and Design Thinking).IDEATION CAMPAIGN AND CHANNELS >Help the Innovation Program to source new ideation campaigns and channels. >Ensure that all the ideas on the platform are maintained in the right status. >Help write campaign description and develop communication material for the campaigns. >Run evaluation sessions with campaign teams at the end of the campaigns. >Hold daily, weekly and monthly calls as required to manage the campaigns and channels.MATCHBOX AND DESIGN THINKING TRAININGS >Design and update the training materials for existing trainings – Matchbox and Design Thinking. >Be a trainer for some of the sections of these trainings. >Collect feedback post trainings, collate the data and use it to improve the trainings. >After training help the participants develop their ideas. >Develop new trainings that can help further the Spark mission and process.BRAINWRITING AND BRAINSTORMING SESSIONS >Facilitate Brainwriting and Brainstorming session for teams across Liberty Global.
