I drive key store metrics in credit, loyalty and customer service satisfaction. I not only meet goals made by store leadership I excel in them. I also keep the register area clean, neat and organized by removing refused merchandise, hangers and keep paperwork filed. I also train new employees on register duties and how to create opportunities for credit and loyalty programs. I drive key store metrics in credit, loyalty and customer service satisfaction. I drove home key metrics in the store, from reward program use to selling Sears branded credit cards, where I exceeded company and personal goals. I was the second best performer from January 2019 to July 2019, selling at least sixty per month. I also trained new employees on how to sell both the card and the rewards program and motivated veteran employees to excel in performance of those key areas.I was also responsible for the merchandising and recovery of the children's, luggage and home sections of the store, where I made sure the store looked presentable and made sure my merchandise counts were accurate. This was another area where I was able to train new hires on basic merchandising and presentation.I also drove metrics in web pickups, where customers ordered on line and picked up in store. I made sure that the item was found and properly placed for pickup or shipping. Show less

Everyday I set out to create and surpass sales goals, but I also try to solve problems for my clients, be it big or small. With dedication and passion, I recommend options and solutions so my clients can leave happy and carry on with their day problem free. From dealing with an upset customer, processing complicated photo orders and spending hours in the pharmacy filling prescriptions, there is nothing I haven’t done at Walgreens. A normal day as a Shift Leader consisted of counting the safe and processing the morning paperwork, working with vendors to keep the store properly stocked with merchandise and taking care of the store. I was involved in doing resets, revisions, signing and maintaining the sections of the store that were assigned to me. I maintained these sections by keeping the it full of product and made sure that my counts were accurate when I was ordering it from the warehouse. During the shift, I was to inform the employees on changes, if any, to store procedure and what the goal for the day was and how we were to achieve it. During a night shift, I was required to formulate a plan to complete the nightly tasks: claiming out merchandise, filling and cleaning the store and creating the daily deposit for the store. After counting out the safe, I would inspect the store to make sure it was up to standards of the general manager. By executing these daily duties, I was able to help the store reach its sales goals and give the store a reputation of being clean, well-stocked, and achieve accolades from customers. Show less
