TAL Direct (formerly Insuranceline) was the Australian market leader for direct insurance. TAL Direct grew from 100 employees to over 500 employees and underwent two significant mergers. The business had 4 contact centres comprising 250 employees. The role of Head of People Capability identified people capability requirements, developing and implementing these initiatives into the organisation to support it through its rapid growth phase. During my time at TAL Direct I reported to the General Manager of HR and then directly to the CEO.
