As a Junior UX Designer at Instantpay, I was responsible for designing user interfaces, conducting user research, and creating prototypes. During my time in this role, I accomplished the following:1. Designed and launched a new mobile app with over 10,000 downloads and an average user rating of 4 stars within three months of its release.2. Conducted user research and created user personas that were used by the development team to guide product development.3. Collaborated with the development team to ensure that designs were optimized for development constraints and met project timelines.4. Redesigned the company website, resulting in a more modern and user-friendly design.Additionally, I also contributed to the development of a new web-based app, which helped streamline the company's internal operations. My time at Instantpay taught me the importance of collaborating with cross-functional teams and designing products that meet user needs while considering technical constraints.
