As a catalyst with leaders to find their voice, the journey with corporate leaders, startups, educators & changemakers has been satisfying. For women, I started VANI an exclusive customized one-on-one session. VANI is an acronym - Virtual Articulation Narrating Instrument- and also a four-step framework distributed over TEN one on one sessions & four optional sessions. These cover all aspects of self-expression. It is designed to assist women on their leadership journey to find their voice, VANI is a woman-only offering. With a National & International award for scripting & narration in Radio documentaries, my expertise in self-expression comes from my 18-year experience in the Voice industry parallelly as an RJ, Chatshow show host, emcee, and voiceover artiste. It's all of this that I use in the coaching program. Each session of self-discovery would be a blend of assessments, creativity, emotional connect & analysis.
