Lead development of architecture for a clinical content management system designed to help pharmacy professionals develop mixed standards (NCPDP and X12) compliant electronic prior authorization criteria. The system made use of the Hearst-owned First Databank (FDB) pharmaceutical database to auto generate criteria, as well as using Angular JS for generation of questionnaires and documentation. The back-end was developed using Ruby on Rails using Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Jasmine as a test framework for the front-end. MySQL, and Redis were also utilized on the back-end. McKesson acquired a product known as Risk Manager to expand their healthcare analytics footprint. I lead development on a project to design a new framework to reduce the development effort required to maintain the application. The project was delivered 3 months ahead of schedule with no bugs below priority 4. The project successfully allowed the application to be maintained with a significantly smaller team, and significantly reduced the turnaround time required when adding new features. It was developed with ASP.NET MVC, Kendo UI MVVM / Angular JS, and Sql Server. Working with customer requirements to configure applications presented a challenge for our implementation team, which supported a variety of product offerings within the business unit. In collaboration with the non-technical team, I designed and developed a web based tool that dynamically loaded the hundreds of available configurations, logically grouped them based on the current implementation milestone, and guided the user through the report creation process. Another product within this business unit was an NCQA compliant HEDIS tool called Compliance Reporter. When I joined the team, I inherited a product that was riddled with critical issues, leading to an unsatisfactory user experience. I guided the technical team through a refactor of the application to make maintenance easier and stabilized the product. Building a new architecture that followed best practices I was able to complete the 3 months of planned work in 2 weeks and the product was noticeably more stable. The front-end was developed using Silverlight and C#. the back-end was developed using ASP.NET MVC, C#, with a large SQL rules engine. Show less

Azimuth’s primary market differentiator amongst other channel emulation businesses is the ease of use their user interface provides. Director 3 was the next generation of that design, and also the first foray into a web based solution for the company. Within this project I: • Used Angular JS to build a rich interactive front-end to configure test beds, as well as Index DB for offline storage common in a wireless lab scenario • Leveraged ASP.NET MVC, and WCF services for the back-end calculations and communication with hardware device • SQL Server database • Coordinated with contractors to develop various aspects of the project Lead an effort to adopt a unified licensing system. To accomplish this, I worked closely with all engineering teams, manufacturing, and marketing teams. Upon completion I had: • Evaluated multiple vendors • Developed criteria for vendor evaluation • Developed a wrapper library in C++, and C# allowing our engineers to quickly utilize the product Lead the task of taking mapping application from a prototype state to a marketable product • Built new data visualizations using C#, and WPF capable of displaying thousands of points • Implemented noise calculation algorithms for LTE, WCDMA, and CDMA2k • Implemented algorithms for MIMO Layer 1 playback on the Azimuth Channel Emulator • Participated in efforts to conceive and implement new revenue generating features Developed a prototype for a new wireless diagnostic and analysis application. • Worked closely with potential customers in domestic and Asian markets to search for product market fit • Implemented several LTE (KPIs) • Developed reusable frameworks utilizing QXDM, XCal, and other formats. Lead a team to develop and design an automation engine, as well as a UI for running the tests. Show less

Consulted with the American College of Cardiology to develop an implementation of the Sitecore Content Management System (CMS) for the redesign of their web presence. * Implemented several 3rd party single sign on services * Created video playback system with heavy AJAX support using C# on the back-end, and JQuery for the Front-end * Several Sitecore pages Consulted with the Commonwealth fund to create a data visualization for their annual state score card project. Used Velir’s proprietary Data Center product, C#, and JQuery. Consulted with the Kaiser Family Foundation to develop a new system for member emails. Developed system for managing high load of emails in a “friendly” way * Integrated with Lyris API * Customized several Sugar CRM modules written in PHP * Implemented several Sitecore pages Consulted with the Lucile Packard foundation to develop a windows service for managing the scheduling of customized emails. Written in C# Decision Resources was a client that was interested in building a platform for visualization of financial data on projected pharmaceutical companies with products in some state on the product pipeline. A major part of this project was developing a system to manage the various inputs of data available, and to aggregate on an on demand basis. * Developed several stored procedures in TSQL calculating financial data * Developed visualizations of data using Corda popchart, and C#, * Developed ETL process to import data from various sources into the system. Stores Development tests new code in an internal lab before it is deployed to stores. An important aspect of this process is creating infrastructure that closely matches that of a real store in terms of data, software, and hardware. To aid in this process I developed a system to automate the process of building this infrastructure. The system consisted of Windows services living on various servers to manage the provisioning, monitoring, and tear down of virtual guests. • Used the Virtual Server API with C# and WMI • Used the Hyper-V SDK with C# • Developed Windows services to manage and track and control auto build processes • Leveraged several COM libraries to automate build tasks • Created technology to aid in efficiently moving virtual hard drives around the infrastructure • Scripted modifications to VLAN Trunks on the network adapter • Created protocol on top of TCP for communicating between servers • Sql Server 2005 • Win Forms Show less
