Reporting to the CEO and as part of the Executive team, I lead all of the Client Service teams across metropolitan Melbourne and Melton with an FTE of 30. Hope Street is about to expand with another 20 FTE through our new Refuge in Melton and our Mobile outreach program in the Melton LGA. The new programs will see our small organisation double in size and this expansion will provide much needed services for youth in one of the largest growth corridors in Melbourne.
