The caseload of first year students includes all incoming School of Health Science majors and School of Fashion first year students.Meet with all first year students on caseload for group and individual structured meetings in their first year, as well as additional meetings for drop-ins or early alert concerns. Support student transition into Lasell, and guide students on educational, career, and personal goals to enhance their holistic development.Connect and refer students regularly to faculty and offices across campus to enhance student engagement, while also responding to all early alerts sent regarding students on caseload. Utilize Starfish to respond to flags and communicate with students and campus community members.Collaborate with the registrars office to process all leave of absences for undergraduate students.Manage the Peer Academic Advising program. Additional meetings are also recommended for students exploring majors. Connect and refer students regularly to faculty and offices across campus to enhance student engagement, while also responding to and handling all early alerts sent regarding students on caseload. Utilize Starfish to respond to flags and communicate with students and campus community members.Support first year student transition into Lasell, and guide students on educational, career, and personal goals to enhance their holistic development.Support programming for Undeclared students by creating and hosting workshops throughout the academic year in partnership with the Career Development Center.
