OUR MISSION: We help Academics turn into Entrepreneurs and create their freedom. What does that mean? If you self identify with the academy, you associate with the academy! That means you can teach, you can be at an R1 or a community college or a for-profit online institution, you can be published in journals with leaders in your field, you can have multiple textbooks under your belt, you can be in a grad level program with no intention of making a life of it, you can work on campus as… Show more OUR MISSION: We help Academics turn into Entrepreneurs and create their freedom. What does that mean? If you self identify with the academy, you associate with the academy! It all counts in my book. You know as well as I do that there are some problems in academia (and there's some amazing stuff happening too!). I want you to be able to chime in on the conversation between amazing academics doing big things by creating their own businesses! Because, let's face it. We're a motley crew. We are #educatedAF. We're here to make money. We're here to change the world. This is a big 'effin deal. And we need each other to do all of it. Navigating the academy is hard. Building a business is hard. Being in a welcoming environment where we get each other...let's make that easy. Our ideal community members ask questions and share topics around higher education and growing a business. If it comes to our attention that someone is veering off track (and taking the group down with 'em), we will be removing them (lovingly, of course). 🤘 It's time to share our knowledge with the world (and make money doing it)!
