Mike Cornelius
Gavin was tasked with formulating, prioritizing, and leading a group of several engineers to build all of the early products at Onward. I was always impressed with his meticulously organized Jira boards that gave the rest of the executive team visibility on the direction of our product strategy. Gavin always was interested in getting in the weeds to understand the use cases that would benefit our customers and many of his early products were received very well by the market. He is a strong communicator and always made sure the things that Onward prioritized were the highest impact to our goals.
