I have known Alison since becoming involved with the business club around 9 years ago. Alison originally worked for Young Enterprise then moved to Join Durham Business Club. Alison works hard for the club building relationships with members and local businesses. By doing this she has a very good business club which is active in the local area. She is constantly building new members and new venues for the meetings. I have visited some cracking venues with Alison over the years for meetings. Some hidden gems in the local area which unless it was not for Alison I would not know about them. If you are wanting to build business relationships, clients or suppliers I would strongly recommend speaking to Alison.

I have a passion for people and love of networking, so landed my dream job in 2010, and am lucky to work with businesses from all sectors across the region, and bring them together while showcasing some wonderful venues. Now in its 40th year, DBC holds monthly breakfast and evening networking events for its 200 members, while The Executive Group’s lunches, are must-attend events for North East business leaders. Portland House, Belmont is the hub of all activity where we operate Durham Office Services, from meeting room hire to virtual office services; including telephone answering mailing and business admin support. To recharge my batteries I enjoy escaping to the sun on a cruise ship. www.durhambusinessgroup.co.uk
