Shanna and I worked on a high-profile project together at Cengage. Shanna was collaborative and a team player. We were both very busy and stressed out, but she was always very generous with her time when I needed her help. Shanna was very customer focused. She wanted everything from the packaging and the documentation, to the product itself to be easy to use for the customer. She was very involved with customer focus groups via WebEx prior to the product adoption and very attentive to customers' needs afterwards. She was very professional and very enjoyable to work with. Shanna Shelton worked for me as a Midwest Corporate Digital Composer at Nash Finch’s The Advertising Image Center for two years.
