I've worked with Rob a number of times whilst working for Unipart. He has been a direct member of my team, worked with me as part of the same team & more latterly worked centrally within the People function to bring data out to the Operation, making it front and centre of our decision-making. He has been pivotal in the delivery of a workstream I'm leading on regarding agency supplier data for an ongoing Resourcing Project. Delivered each element on time and to specification. I couldn't have done it without him. He has vision and the curiosity to seek out improvements using digital solutions to evolve our People offering.       My role focussed on creating and enhancing the HR data to the rest of the business as well as to focus on digital improvements to processes that involved the HR team. This involved partnering Senior HR colleagues and Operational managers in seeking to understand what where the relevant areas of concern and helping to shed light and use data to identify areas that can be improved. I also looked at external factors facing the industry / and business to produce data and insights internally. A particular focus was in relation to the COVID outbreak producing live reports that monitored employee levels and the number of cases, comparing it to the local authority performance in the area. These were automated and linked to an internal digital solution that I help to shape that was used by the business.
