He is not easily influenced by someone but rather hears both sides of the story and always give opportunity to explain both parties. He has certain level of maturity and professionalism when it comes to work even outside the office. He knows how to respect people as they are and knows how to motivate people and influenced them to be a better person. He’s very organized and very capable of time-management which would show how good as a Manager he is and at the same time, has the capability and technical skills to manage a Data center.
