I employed David initially as a Desktop Support Engineer supporting end users and a wide range of client and AV devices. It became apparent very quickly that David had a wider skill set and he progressed quickly into supporting the ICT infrastructure, namely the Server infrastructure, and also the active network. He received great feedback from the staff and students and impressed. David was a vital member of the team during the implementation of a programme of technical works including a Network infrastructure upgrade (implementing a new network core and replacing 75% of the passive and active infrastructure network across a sprawling campus) and also a server upgrade with a share point implementation. These projects were delivered under very difficult time scales and too tight budgets but were very successful partly due to Davids effort and positive attitude. I would recommend David for a senior network management or senior technical role as he is technically very good, great with users and is focused on getting the job done either in an education establishment or in the private sector. I would not hesitate to employ him again if the opportunity arose.

Having worked with David for a while now, it's safe to say that he is by far and away one of the most professional clients i have ever worked with. He is always working to improve every aspect of both his role and the network that he manages, and his knowledge of the sector that he works in is unsurpassed. David is very enjoyable to work with, possessing a superb grasp of his requirements and a cracking sense of humour! I cannot recommend David enough, and any organisation that he may join in the future should consider themselves lucky to have such a proactive and knowledgeable member of their team.
