His support on a project to determine and clarify leadership roles, responsibilities and authorities across a large project was absolutley integral to its successful completion.       For 11 months, I ran the drive through bottle shop attached to the iconic Belvedere Hotel, a destination venue at Woody Point, Redcliffe. My role with The Belvedere Hotel was to drive the potential of the bottle shop, and revitalise the interior of the store using my visual merchandising skills to showcase key promotions in line with our in house promotions and our banner group (Bottlemart)’s promotions, whilst developing and building the store team into a group that can operate all facets of a retail liquor store.
