  Promoted to General Manager of Hare Vineyard in February 2017 and became responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the vineyard.   Employed by both Running Hare Vineyard and Calvert Brewing Company 75% of time on the vineyard tasting room and 25% of time on beer garden and tap room. Opened beer garden in 2014. Determined what equipment, furnishings, and supplies to purchase and ordered it. Hired and trained staff, developed policy and procedure, applied for permits, worked with local government to stay compliant. January 2016 to February 2017 opened and managed a new Calvert Brewing Company site including production and a Tap Room in Upper Marlboro. Hired additional staff to handle the work load and oversaw Running Hare Vineyard, and the two (2) locations of Calvert Brewing Company.  Created and executed events including the Grand Opening in April 2016. Coordinated with elected officials to attend the ribbon cutting, food vendors, live music. Event had 900+ attendees.  Organized off-site events such as the State Fair.
