All in all I had the pleasure to work with Oswaldo for about 1 year and a half. The conditions were the best ones, the environment was rough and the challenge was big. Initially as it happens to me with many teams we clashed a bit on how we envision technology but as soon as we found common grounds the collaboration was excellent. We manage to achieve and sometimes overachieve our goals through the great understanding and no need for additional words. We were able to define and execute complex task with just few lines and iterate over it rapidly.
