  I am honorary leader of the initiative "Community Peace System" focused on promoting social projects with youth communities for the benefit of children, adolescents and families in vulnerable contexts in Mexico, Colombia and Latin America (August 2022-currently). I am a founding member and was the first director of the International Center for Social Innovation for Development, I am a professor and was the first coordinator of the Master in Social Innovation and Wellness Management, I was a founding member and I am a member of the Advisory Board of the Unesco Chair in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, was a member of the academic board of the Master in Safety and Health at Work responsible for accreditation before CONACYT. Professor of the Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution and the Master's Degree in Learning Technologies. I was a founding member and director of the International Social Innovation Program, from where I was responsible for multisectoral, regional and global cooperation projects on issues of attention to drugs, crime, violence, protection of children's rights and entrepreneurship and socio-community innovation with young people in collaboration with government agencies and international organizations (January 2014- January 2018). Director of the pilot phase of the project for the training, evaluation and certification of human talent in addictions in 6 states of Mexico, jointly with the Federal Ministry of Health and CICAD, of the Organization of American States (OAS) (January 2012-January 2014).   I worked as a member of the design, management, training, and evaluation team of social projects in Colombia, Mexico, and Latin America in collaboration with government agencies and civil society organizations, educational institutions in the areas of drugs, violence, care for children, youth and their families, entrepreneurship and social integration, criminal responsibility in adolescents, children separated from the armed conflict, marginalized children, habilitation and accreditation of quality in health in drugs (2002-2012). I served as academic coordinator, educator, and project manager for the training of counselors and managers in addictions and associated problems from Civil Society organizations and Universities from Cali and Medellin, Colombia, for Iberoamerica (2005-2012).
