Increasing customer’s trust and reducing customer’s mandatory facetime with them from 52 time per year to only once a year • Lead a project to relocate and set up a new processing depot for Goodpack Singapore with a team of people from HR, engineering, finance, warehouse operations and facilities with a CAPEX of close to $1 million • Lead a team to develop import – export solutions for Trakindo Utama Singapore using current Free Trade Area agreements within Asia-Pac to retake lost markets in Indonesia due to changing government regulations and restrictions.
