The event attracted over 500 participants and volunteers from around the world who worked on various interactive CS applications and programs. I meticulously planned the shot list and schedule for preproduction, operated one of two cameras on set, and edited the two camera shoot into a 3 minute music video which garnered over 10,000 hits in two weeks.

I worked closely with the Director of the department to produce these videos and was paid by Brown for my work.

On the set I organized the shoots with 2 cameras (a C100 and a 5D), coordinated the lighting department, and assisted the director and AD in efficiently directing the Crew. My responsibilities on this production were to procure lighting kits, gels, extension cables, c-stands, and other lighting solutions for a weekend-long shoot in Boston, MA. When on set I was directly responsible for correctly lighting the various scenes by ensuring consistency (correct color temperature and minimization of shadows) and cinematographically pleasing exposure to the various subjects and objects in the shot. I had to work with unreliable, and sometime broken, equipment to come up with creative solutions to light both indoor and outdoor scenes.
