Polynt Composites Malaysia. , Johor Bahru - Construction of New Raw Material Warehouse - External Road Works & Refurbishment of Guard House/Logistic/Document & Surau Cabin - Mechanical & Electrical Works for Tanks PROJECT, DOCUMENT & PAPERWORKS  To prepare Master Construction Schedule, Combined Services Drawing (CSD) and Structural Penetration Drawing for client/consultant approval.  To manage Subcontractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples and method statements for client/consultant approval.  To review Design drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, Architecture, Structural and client provisions.  To produce and verify Project or Sub-Contractors Progress Claim.  To identify Various Order (V.O) for project during/after of tender/construction period.  Correspondence with Authorities, Client, Subcontractor, Suppliers and Local Jurisdictions.  Project and design coordination between Client, Architect, Consultant and Contractors against Local Jurisdiction requirements.  Prepare reports to clients and consultant on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the works.  Providing technical insight and advice to resolve issue on/off site.
