I met Phi about 10 years ago when he first started working for Swing Kingdom as a scheduler. In his time at Swing Kingdom, not only has he become the COO, he has worked tirelessly to make the SK brand what it is today. Phi embodies what I like to call the 3 C's of customer service. Commitment - He is committed to giving 110 percent of himself each and every time he steps foot in the office, to a dealer or a customer looking for a reason to purchase a Swing Kingdom swing set. There are not many people who will go out of there way to make sure you have everything you need to succeed. He is Challenging. Coming up with new ideas to extend the Swing Kingdom brand. Every year adding new accessories and swing sets to their already vast catalog. Last but not least Phi is Confident. Not only in himself but in you! Sometimes I think Phi is more excited about my business than I am. He always has positive things to say to help you get motivated even when you don't feel like being motivated. My name is Phi (FEE) Viet Le; I am a follower of Christ, a father, a husband and a son. My wife and I have four beautiful children. I have been employed by Swing Kingdom for the past eight years, where I wear several hats with pride and dedication. I started my career with Swing Kingdom with entry-level office work and I took every opportunity to fully experience all aspects of the Swing Kingdom operations and various departments. Over the years my role at Swing Kingdom, has shifted into more of a leadership position, where I have become more of a spectator of enthusiastic team members willing to learn from each other on how to “Let the Fun Begin . . . “ As a Certified Playground Safety Inspector, I am dedicated to carrying out Swing Kingdom’s commitment to superior quality play sets for a lifetime of fun.
