Aziza was my contact as I prepared for a recent "Lunch and Learn" talk at Innosphere. She was so helpful from start to finish. Aziza sent me all the information I needed in advance including updates on the number of attendees, A/V needs, and at my last-minute request, remembered to send a "during-the-speech" e-mail that would reach attendees phones at the same time. She snapped photos for me to use on social media and, knowing I'd be hungry after the talk, she saved me a delicious lunch. There's support staff who are employed to get a paycheck, and there's support staff who genuinely care and work hard to set others up for success. Aziza is the latter and it is noticeable.
