At IRC, I worked with an active caseload of ~30 clients at a time, helping US newcomers understand the local job market and land their first "survival" jobs in Santa Clara County. I provided comprehensive services to my clients, including bilingual group job training sessions, custom resume building, interview coaching and tips, and job search assistance. Show less

My role as National Group Sales Manager with Hostelling International USA has allowed me to grow the scope of my sales reach on behalf of our network of 50+ hostels, working with a team of sales managers across 10 large gateway city hostels in the US. My primary focus has been on tour and travel accounts. I have also spent time training and developing regional sales staff, offering practical tools and supportive coaching to help my team reach sales targets. My favorite project so far has been to create a mission-based sales "toolkit" for our team to promote HI USA's signature peace-building programs, including the Great Hostel Give Back, where we exchange free overnights for groups performing community service.
