Tour de France or Bust

  Training and planning, in order to cycle the route of the 2011 Tour de France, alone. Starting on the 27th August 2011 and finishing on the 18th September 2011, I had planned to cycle the route of the 2011 Tour de France on a day-by-day basis, without a team car or any other assistance. That’s 3471kms. which include 6 mountain stages and 4 summit finishes, as well as climbing the Galibier twice. I was doing this in support of the Help for Heroes charity. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to complete this task and after a week in France, I stopped the project and returned to England.
