Kunal is one of the best HR officers/consultants I have ever had the chance to encounter. Never one to just take the simplistic or easy route on a complex situation; he knows how to delve into the detail, get to the root of an issue and formulate an agreeable measure to resolve the situation. From a staff member point of view he is priceless as he knows how to connect to an individual on a one-to-one basis and impact positively on attitudes and behaviours; and from a manager's point of view, he is the rock to lean on when faced with a challenging matter of any magnitude. His honesty and diligent approach to work in amazing; as is his resilience to always fight the good fight and ensure every party is satisfied in any matter/issue presented to him. A definite asset for any organisation that has the opportunity to work with him.
