Alyssa is a fantastic individual and if you haven't met her yet, I suggest you do it soon because you will not be sorry! I worked alongside Alyssa as a Personal Travel Advisor at Rustic Pathways and had the pleasure of helping Alyssa transition into this role when she first joined Rustic full time. She took the challenge head-on and excelled at assisting every client's individual need. She provided top-notch customer service, addressed client concerns and answered their questions in a professional, friendly manor. She took time to listen to her clients and build relationships with them to provide a one-of-a-kind experience for our Rustic Families. In addition to Alyssa's full-time PTA role, she took on managing the PTA team schedule, always found ways to improve team tasks, and went above and beyond to assist several other departments. Alyssa would often jump into sales by helping with school visits, fairs, home visits, and the like. Additionally, she supported the Rustic Pathways Foundation through service and fundraising and, on more than one occasion, flight lead students to their programs. Alyssa is passionate about study abroad experiences and helping students find the right fit for them. Alyssa has first-hand experience in this field and will serve as an incredible asset for any company privileged enough to have her on their team.

Alyssa and I have worked alongside each other for three years as Personal Travel Advisors at Rustic Pathways. I have seen firsthand Alyssa's hard work ethic, teamwork, and positive attitude shine forth. In addition to our daily tasks, Alyssa happily volunteered to manage our six-person team schedule each week for several years which was no easy feat. She has a positive can-do attitude and makes any task look easy. I will most certainly miss working alongside Alyssa and have no doubts she will succeed in any endeavor she pursues.
