I have been managing Tadas directly for 3 years and I have to emphasize that Tadas is the real professional. I am constantly impressed by his technical skills as a developer, productivity and dedication. He will allways show the initiative, would go extra mile and do everything what he can in order to deliver. I would highly recommend Tadas in Senior Developer/Architect position.

I have worked with Tadas in software development project for several months. The goal of the project was implementation of third party software. As clients requirements were quite elaborate, we had to implement lot of custom features. Tadas participated in the project as Java programmer, he was the prime developer of customizations. I can recommend him as a very skilled programmer who knows his domain well and strives to further improve his knowledge. It was a pleasure to work with Tadas.
