When Tamar joined Revvable, we didn’t have any real structure in place for product management. But with what seemed like the wave of a wand, everything shifted as she whipped things into shape. Suddenly, we had an organized roadmap, a system to efficiently capture and prioritize new bugs and feature requests, and a process to effectively communicate our releases. And by translating the tech speak for the broader company, Tamar continues to give critical context to those of us outside the engineering team. In addition to her exceptional product management work, Tamar is also a creative problem-solver by nature. As an early-stage startup, our product and processes aren’t yet fully baked. But Tamar is quick to find and/or build practical workarounds within our current capabilities and constraints while we build the tools and features needed for a longer-term solution.
