Bio
Eva Casado de Amezua
Sarah has a superb skill set that makes her contributions impactful both as an individual and as part of a team. Sarah was a key member of the Production team I was leading on the launch and first months of Learn TV (team focused on asking and solving the key questions about the operational future of the channel, it's appeal to a global audience, and its content formats). It was a big challenge for everyone involved, because we had to build a platform, launch it, and start thinking about gaps and scaling, all that in a few weeks time. Sarah always exercised a positive and proactive attitude, being tactically efficient and strategically sound in her contributions, despite the many interrogation marks and changes throughout the project. Sarah is careful about details, and instinctively knows when to stop and retrospect to help fix blocking situations and increase communications clarity and alignment. She grasps, very fast, delicate and complex concepts and systems, and has a natural sense of ownership to topics in her area of work and influence. In terms of personality, it’s a pleasure to work with her. Sarah is respectful, cares about efficiency, pursues collaboration, and contributes to a positive team environment. She is not afraid of making mistakes because she relies on logic, analysis, and learning from her peers, and as a result she is highly reliable. Sarah is honest and straightforward in a way that is supportive to people and nurtures trust. I truly hope to work with her again.

I've had the privilege of working with Sarah for the past 18 months. Sarah has the extremely rare talent of creating amazing programmes and experiences out of very little. She advocates for the technical community in her region with fewer resources than other colleagues including myself and works beyond the Asia-Pacific region to create programmes which support global communities and inspire coworkers to do the same. As a diligent planner, she documents her thoughts and builds processes which scale and are adaptable for the global market. Most importantly, she anticipates the needs of others and prioritises her time to support their success. We are incredibly lucky to have her on our team.
