Sarah was a key member of the Production team I was leading on the launch and first months of Learn TV (team focused on asking and solving the key questions about the operational future of the channel, it's appeal to a global audience, and its content formats). It was a big challenge for everyone involved, because we had to build a platform, launch it, and start thinking about gaps and scaling, all that in a few weeks time.
