Library Director for the City of Marlborough, a community of 40,000. Oversee staff of 23 part time and 10 full time employees. Member of the CW MARS network running Evergreen ILS. Work closely with City administration and a 9 member appointed Board of Trustees on developing library policy and implementing strategic goals. Wrote a $10.1M state grant for a $26M library renovation and addition project that is scheduled to be completed in 2023. Library Director for the City of Marlborough, a community of 40,000.
