Asseco SEE Group (ASEE Group) is one of the largest operators in South-Eastern Europe in terms of revenue derived from sales of its software and services. As an IT Instructor in Microsoft Office suite, I was very fortunate to work with great team members from different nationalities, it is amazing what people from different backgrounds can bring to the table when working together. During my time as an instructor I faced many challenges in finding the write approach in delivering the message to attendees that come from different nationalities, which made my engagement fun and interesting. Later I was promoted to a team leader of the DIT training unit which required a different set of skills. We managed to further develop the training center by developing new training material, provide new class space and equipment and further enhance training capacity of our organization, including Focal Point training and Train the Trainer engagements to further increase training capacity. Improving training skills of the team members, including basic communication and presentation skills.
