Matt has been – without a doubt – the heart and soul of the AVOS office. His warmth, humor, passion, and dedication to creating the best product possible has made everyone around him strive to do better and to be better just to catch up. While Operations Lead at AVOS, Matt worked one-on-one with me across multiple different products, every time employing his intelligence and adaptive project management skills to lead the way. Under Matt's vision and guidance, we improved metrics on Delicious.com, redefined and refined product goals, and launched several successful initiatives that would not have been possible without him. In my two and a half years working with Matt, he has been a lifesaver and a lifeline for not just me but everyone with whom he's worked. And that's not to mention he plays a mean game of basketball. I has been a genuine pleasure to work with Matt and I would instantly jump at the chance to do so again.
