Dario has been a great manager in our R&D organization! In few years he has been able to create a new inernal R&D Continuation team of really motivated and engaged engineers, to support several very complex and articulated product lines. Analytic, data driven, well organized, open mind, and with an high degree of flexibility to jump from different type of problems to solve, assigning them the correct priority if not already provided. One of the most important Dario characteristics to underline is the curiosity, and the deep desire to understand why, the root cause of the problems, and to fix them properly. He has built great relationships as well with the other internal and external organization, like Sourcing/Procurement, Quality and Production, another important reason why the performances of the area he has managed have been so good.
