Ruth is phenomenal. She embodies the mission of Miami Regionals, "Empowering Minds, Strengthening Communities" with everything she does. She cares deeply, and she is an extremely hard worker. Ruth will do whatever it takes to get a job done. She simultaneously manages multiple projects while guiding her staff towards measurable success. She is great at cross-departmental collaboration. She is both an effective and caring communicator.

As the size of her department has decreased and her work load has dramatically increased, Ruth has taken on the extra responsibility with a sense of pride. She is the go-to on the Regional campuses for any question any one might have, and she often knows the answer or knows who will. She is a dynamo at collaboratively developing marketing plans for events and has the patience of a saint when gently reminding people of the information she needs in order to successfully market their events.
