I worked with Paz for three years in Telmap. Paz joined the device Team as an outsource from NGSoft to help out the team in time of need (shorthand of developers). Paz was quickly discovered as a motivated worker with brilliant ideas and a lot of devotion. He started working with the more problematic devices (Iden J2ME) and dealt with them very well (it can be frustrating :-) ), later on Paz evolved and handled with expertise other J2Me devices and finally android devices as well. On the other side worked and cooperated with the project managers, clients (FR telecome, Samsung, LG etc...) and clients of the device team from withing Telmap and they were all content with his work and with the ease of working with him. Professionally and socially it was a pleasure to work with him for the whole 3 year
