Ken is an activator. He not only brings brilliant ideas to the table, but data to support it and a plan to implement and sustain his recommendations. Ken is a very easy person to work with. He will share his honest opinion in a respectful and professional way. Ken has a knack for building his people up. He is positive, realistic, and strategic. If I had the opportunity to hire Ken, I would make sure to do it quickly as he would be snatched up in a second by anyone who makes his acquaintance.

I had the pleasure of working with Ken at BECU as a Consultant, with him as my business customer. As a Consultant, I've worked in different industries & with many business customers. In those years, I've only found a couple that had such a good grasp of their business, where they want to take it and an intense customer focus. In addition, Ken quickly understand technology concepts, how they can improve his business and help deliver his end goal. He does not settle for average and challenges his team to come up with creative solutions to improve the customer/end user experience. He makes for an excellent business/product line owner.
