Robert was a top notch manager and leader of our medical unit. He was always proactive and efficient at getting things done. He always had our backs and was there for us whenever we needed him. From the administrative and clinical side of things, he made things easy for us... he took care of the paperwork and any other hurdles that needed to be done, allowing us to focus on our jobs and specialties. When Robert left, it was a big loss to our unit. He is an excellent manager and team player.

I worked with Rob at DECH in 2007. I hired Rob as a PRN MTat DECH in 2008-2010. I was most impressed by Robs' punctuality even though he had @ 80 mile commute 1 way and at 0600! He never missed a day. I found Rob very knowledgable and concientious in his work. He was always seeking ways to improve work and offered many suggestions. He learns quickly and makes sound judgement calls. He is a highly skilled and valuable Medical Technologist.

Medical Technologists have a great deal of adventure, personal growth, and a greater aptitude if they are willing to provide custom upstart services as a representative for contracting agencies. The invitation from a healthcare facility is quite an honor in itself, working with the staff invaluable.
