As part of a scrum team I develop multichannel products. I enjoy working both on the server side and web and mobile clients. Within the team I am the API expert as well as the senior android developer role. Testing and automation is also a regular task as well as following up on released versions.

Android Developer

Participated in the definition and implementation of the new native Android application of InfoJobs. The basis of the project was mainly achieving an application solid both back and front end while working on a 100% agile process.On the front end side we complied with the standards defined in Android Materials.Whereas on the backend the architecture was three-tier keeping the liers independent and hiding the implementation behind interfaces to replace seamlessly on demand.By having the liers separated three key goals were achieved:1. The application was fully testable2. Multiple teams could work simultaneously avoiding conflicts3. It was possible to parallelize work to increase productivityIn the implementation several frameworks, technologies and solutions were used. Part of the work consisted on spreading the knowledge acquired during this process across the development team through Tech Talks and trainings.

Backend Developer

As a junior developer of the infrastructures team I participate in the development and maintenance of various projects. These projects include: * Android App implementation using HTML5 and responsive design * Implement private and public API operations * Migrate JBoss WS to SOAP * Upgrade JBoss 4 to JBoss 6 EAP * Canary Releasing framework implementation Among my responsibilities I also give support to web service/API client developers integrating with our platform and investigate issues faced by clients in the productive environment. Working in a SCRUM environment I often have to perform as a Tech lead overseeing the progress of our sprint and taking care of retrospective meetings and Demos.

Configuration and maintenance of the testing environment, including build installation on a linux based server using continuous integration tools. Bug tracking and reporting using Jira. Automatization of new features (i.e:RESTful API operations) using Quick Test Professional. Define test plan for each project and ensure the release process is followed working in an Agile environment. Ensure the minimum quality requirements are met prior to releasing to the productive environment core infrastructure projects like: * Migration to an open source search platform * Release of RESTful API * Upgrade from OAuth to OAuth2 authentication system
