I'm always impressed with Nogol and GleeFactor! I first heard of Nogol and her company at a creative morning and I liked her vision of an engaged workspace. Having worked for corporations in her past life, I knew she could understand the inner challenges an organization like mine and its people face everyday. GleeFactor and what they do is unclear until you've experienced it. It's more than team building, it's more than a workshop, it's more than a genuine conversation with your colleagues. I'm glad we retained Nogol and her team. After each event, our group felt energized and more secure to share openly. We built on each event and Nogol shared her findings with us. Also, she adapted quickly with the pandemic. Our first event was in person right before lockdown. And in a a few weeks she replaced our last events with virtual workshops which are super efficient. Other teams within the company heard about what our department did so we're looking into expanding our collaboration with GleeFactor. Do yourself and your team a favour and book a meeting with Nogol. The rest happens naturally.

Nogol and I collaborated over 3 years at CreativeMornings/Montréal and she was truly a valuable member of the team. She is optimistic, always focused on the possibilities, and has a sense of resilience unlike many. Even during the busiest times in the growth of her business Glee Factor, she was always present to volunteer at each monthly event - positive, dynamic and with the biggest & brightest smile. A natural at making everyone feel welcome, safe and part of the community. As a skilled facilitator and experience designer, she successfully hosted meaningful community-facing activities and contributed significantly in deepening connections during team building experiences. She's a great ally to bring cohesion to teams and help them connect around the greater purpose that unites them.
