I had the pleasure of working with Jason for over a year and a half at Wishpond. I can honestly say Jason is one of the friendliest and easy going people you will ever meet. He has a natural talent for making people feel comfortable, and fits easily into any team setting. Though we worked in different departments, Jason took the time to teach me Javascript, a skill I used to build a number of apps for Wishpond's marketing team. On numerous occasions Jason stayed after work to help me fix my code and explain in layman's terms why he was making certain changes. One thing I have always respected about Jason is his patience when it comes to teaching. I am confident recommending Jason as a colleague who is thoughtful, adaptable, and great to work with.

I had the pleasure of mentoring Jason while he attended the CodeCore developer bootcamp. Throughout the course, he exhibited many characteristics that will undoubtedly make him a fine software developer. Jason was frequently the last student to leave CodeCore for the day due to his commitment to understanding the material. When he did not understand something, and after attempts to debug the problem on his own, only then did Jason ask thoughtfully worded questions. This made assisting him very easy. He also never approached any of our interactions with the expectation that I was going to do his work for him. On CodeCore demo day, where students present their final projects to potential employers, the extra time, hard work, and attention to detail was clear as his application was the most complicated and well polished of all of them. Overall, I would highly recommend Jason to any team looking for a very motivated and hard working junior developer.
