The project we were working on had very tight deadlines. Jess did a great job of working within these deadlines and delivering work in a timely manner. She communicated the process very clearly and what timelines she would achieve, then stayed true to those timelines. Her work was excellent and of a very high calibre. The designs and wireframes received very positive reactions from the SiteSoft staff and customers. They were a great fit for the product and have paved the way for the success of the App. Jess did a great job of interpreting the scope of the project. There was a lot of jargon and complexity in the requirements. However, she was able to pick up on everything quickly and understand the core business problems and design solutions for them. Jess went beyond the scope of just the designs and wireframes. She contributed additional ideas for the Mobile App throughout the design process and created design prototypes for those new features. These were great ideas and coming up with them demonstrated strong critical thinking and creativity. Many of those ideas are implemented now and have contributed to the growth of the product. Jess’ designs have now been implemented and are live in production. We would not hesitate to work with Jess again and would highly recommend her for any future full time or contracting role in design or work of a similar scope.
