  Having started Land Development operations in Florida for Osborn Engineering in 2019, my Director and I have grown the business from the ground up. In under 4 years of operation, we have grown to a group of eight engineers and designers, achieving just under $2 million in yearly sales. We served Developers, Architects, Municipalities and private owners in services ranging from commercial, utility, residential, and municipal projects. Our Site Design projects covered all stages of development from conception and due diligence, through property entitlements, engineering design, permitting, and construction.
